Our team can manage the planning process remotely through virtual meetings, digital design presentations and centralised communication, while handling the complete execution on the ground.

Our in-house architects and designers then develop the creative direction through mood boards, 2D layouts, spatial planning and detailed 3D walkthrough renders. Once approved, our production team manages fabrication and execution through our Mahabalipuram facility, bringing the approved concept to life on-site.

Not at all. We have a vetted network of trusted photographers, caterers, makeup artists, entertainment teams, DJs, emcees, florists and other wedding professionals, but you are welcome to bring your own vendors. Our team will coordinate with your chosen partners and ensure everyone works within the overall wedding plan.

As part of destination wedding planning, we can coordinate hotel room blocks, rooming lists, airport transfers, local transportation and guest movement in coordination with the venue and travel partners. Our hospitality team acts as the central point of contact for your guests throughout the celebration.

Yes. Our design team creates bespoke wedding stationery and event branding that carries the visual language of your wedding across every touchpoint. This can include invitations, save-the-dates, menus, welcome signage, table stationery, luggage tags, room hampers, itineraries and personalised guest details.
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, particularly for destination weddings, peak-season dates and large multi-day celebrations. Earlier planning allows greater flexibility with venues, vendors, design development and guest arrangements. That said, we also consider shorter timelines depending on availability and scope.
