And we do it with a team of over 40 passionate individuals who share our energy, creativity, and love for what we do. Charannya
Co-Founder, Creative and Business Head
A dentist turned wedding planner, Charannya brings over eight years of experience in the wedding industry, driven by a love of beautiful celebrations and the joy of making people happy.
As the creative force behind The Wedding Experience, she is always dreaming up fresh concepts, obsessing over the tiniest details and bringing unique wedding design ideas to life. Give her a couple who shares her excitement, and she'll be in her element! From conceptualising bespoke wedding decor to making sure every element is just right, she pours her heart into every celebration.
She treats The Wedding Experience as her own child, with an unwavering commitment to creativity, personalisation and flawless execution. When she's not on calls, replying to messages or planning her next big idea, you'll probably find her chasing mountain views with her three dogs!
Akram
Co-Founder and COO
An engineer turned wedding planner, Akram holds a postgraduate degree in Event Planning from the National Institute of Event Management (NIEM) in Mumbai. He started out producing live shows, award ceremonies, fashion events and music concerts before finding his calling in weddings, drawn by the personal touch and the story behind every celebration.
He turns ambitious concepts into reality, handling vendor coordination, production planning, on-ground teams and timelines.
Calm amidst the chaos, he is the Captain Cool of the team, confidently steering operations even with over 200 crew members on site. Whether it's a late night, an early morning or a sudden storm, he's on the ground, quietly taking charge and making things happen.
Seetharaman
CEO
With over 40 years of business experience, Seetharaman previously ran his own energy conservation business, working with leading organisations and industry professionals.
He oversees finances, internal systems and vendor contracts, so every creative idea is backed by sound planning, transparent budgets and dependable execution.With his steady approach and wealth of experience, he brings a sense of calm and clarity to the team, balancing creative ambition with financial prudence.
Often the quietest person in the room, he is also one of the proudest observers of how the brand continues to grow. After all, behind every big dream is someone making sure the numbers add up!
